Why do students of the same class with similar total marks have different National Ranks?

When more than one student gets an equal top score, priority for awarding will be according to marks acquired in the following specified order of subjects: Mental ability, Reasoning, Computers and English.

What is "congrats" in Rank column?

Congrats in the rank column indicates that the student got a rank below 500 and is selected for 2nd level of Unified Cyber Olympiad.

We do not declare the ranks for those students who got selected for 2nd level. We declare the ranks after the second level of exam for those students.

In my rank column "- - "is shown, Why?

All India Ranks are given to only those students who scored 30% of marks or above.
"- -"indicates that you scored less than 30% of marks.

We want know the syllabus for 2nd level of exam?

The examination pattern and syllabus for 2nd level will be same as first level like duration & total no. of questions etc.
